Moisture proof and Quality keeping of PV Solar EVA Film
Moisture-proof and Quality-keeping of PV Solar EVA Film
PV EVA film is used for encapsulation of EVA film solar cell module. In order to meet the performance and service life requirements of solar cell modules, PV EVA film must have persistent and stable high light transmittance and adhesion performance, so as to ensure the normal and stable outdoor power generation of PV modules for more than 25 years.
Photovoltaic EVA film is a film-like product formed by heat extrusion of EVA resin (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) and various modified additives after fully mixing. In order to achieve the bonding performance of EVA with glass, backsheet, cells and other related materials, it is necessary to add bonding accelerators and coupling agents in EVA film.
Because bonding accelerators and coupling agents are easy to hydrolyze and lose bonding performance, it is also the main cause of bubble and delamination in lamination packaging of modules. Therefore, the production, storage, transportation and use of photovoltaic EVA film are required. No contact with water, oil or organic solvents is allowed.
In the use of PV EVA film, it should be done after opening PE bag packaging, that is, cut out and use up on the same day. The cut EVA film should not be used for a long time.
Every roll of PV EVA film produced by ZXSOLAR Photovoltaic Company is packed in PE bag immediately after the production line is off, and packaged in vacuum. It can be kept for six months under storage conditions of room temperature below 30 C and relative humidity less than 70%. ZXSOLAR suggests that customers adopt the "fast-in, fast-out, fast-use" management and control method for EVA film, and the purchasing cycle control is better within two months.
If plastic film packaging is damaged during storage and transportation, especially PE bags, it should be used as soon as possible. If it has passed the shelf life or is exposed to water, oil, organic solvents in storage and transportation links, it must be scrapped and not used for packaging photovoltaic modules.
